Protecting Our Communities and Businesses by Empowering our Residents

The FastSTAART (Standing Together Against All Regional Theft) program is a regional initiative dedicated to safeguarding local businesses and strengthening public safety. Originally launched through an MOU between the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office and the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce, the program now expands county-wide and beyond, empowering communities, businesses, and residents to combat retail theft and related crimes.

FastSTAART integrates the new TIME Tool (Tracking Incidents with Mobile Engagement), enabling real-time reporting of issues such as illegal dumping, side shows, narcotics, and human trafficking directly to law enforcement and task forces. Merchants continue to receive incident submissions from their customers, and now, other public entities can now onboard to extend coverage and community protection.
